Broadway solicitors was set up in 1999 as a partnership. By 2002 Bhavna Desai, the current principal and solicitor became the sole owner of the business and has carried the firm forward as a sole practitioner. After qualifying as a solicitor in 1995, Bhavna practised both Criminal and Family law. She decided to dedicate her expertise solely to family law in 2003 which is an area of law she is passionate about.

I found Bhavna to be very professional and straight talking. This was a refreshing change from other solicitors that I have dealt with and I wish I had used her from the beginning of my case. We used Broadway Solicitors for the sale and purchase of property. They were very efficient and professional throughout the whole process. Our queries were answered and we had good guidance.
The sale of my property was particularly challenging from start to finish. The buyers' solicitors were incredibly incompetent and slow in all areas but both Nureen and Bhavna were excellent. They were professional, efficient and ensured that both the sale and purchase was completed.

We worked with Broadway Solicitors in May/June 2021 for the purchase of our first ever flat. We appreciate timing was short and from what we could tell, it appeared the solicitors were willing to try and make the 30 June deadline.
Our issue was not with their work, at least from what we could tell they were thorough. However there was a complete lack of any communication or professionalism.
