This category is for Non-European nationals who want to set up or run a business in the UK. Individuals staying in the UK under this category are not allowed to take any other employment other than working for the business or businesses that they have established. Applicants are normally required to have 200,000 to invest in a new or existing business in the UK, although some categories can apply with only 50,000 of finance.
If you are over 16 years old and want to invest not less than 2 million or more in the UK you can apply under Tier 1 (Investor) visa. The funds must be under your own control, be held in a regulated financial institution and be disposable in the UK.
Have invested not less than 750,000 of your capital in the UK by way of UK Government bonds, share capital or loan capital in active and trading UK registered companies other than those principally engaged in property investment; and have invested the remaining balance of 1 million in the UK by the purchase of assets or by maintaining the money on deposit in a UK regulated financial institution.

You can also extend your existing Tier 1 (General) visa. Applicants applying for settlement must ensure that they do not have excessive absences from the UK throughout the 5 years and can meet the specific Tier 1 (General) ILR requirements. UK immigration law is complicated and often confusing to those unfamiliar with the rules, regulations and procedures.
Tier 2 General route enables UK employers to hire workers from outside the EEA to fill a particular vacancy that cannot be filled by a British or EEA worker. In order to make a visa application a skilled worker will require a sponsorship certificate from their employer that is a licenced sponsor in the UK.

Very good and professional advice service. My case was quite complicated, and I wasn't sure if I should have a lawyer or an immigration adviser. Luckily I found it Alrose Legal Immigration advisor. The service was on fair price , cheaper than any immigration solicitor and on high quality level. Big thanks to Vera. I will also recommend you to my family and friends! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I enlisted the help of Alrose for my IDL application at the recommendation of a friend. Vera assisted me, and was amazing - she always gave me clear instructions of what I needed to do, and kept me updated on everything she was working on. Communication was excellent, and considering the total cost of the IDL, Vera's service was one of the cheapest aspects of the process, and the only one worth the money!

We enlisted Vera's help for the extension of a spousal visa for my wife. Her fees were reasonable, and prior to hiring her we had a good phone consultation to understand the process and what would be covered in her assistance. During the process, Vera gave clear and concise instructions to us to prepare all of the questions and supporting evidence. The process is long and extensive, so it was comforting to have an experienced advisor walk us through the process. We will certainly enlist Vera's assistance when we apply for permanent leave to remain

We recently used Alrose Legal to assist us with my wife's spousal visa to the UK. We followed all of the guidance as best as we possibly could, and it was extremely useful our advisor could speak the native language of my wife (Russian). It took us quite some time to get all of the supporting documents and evidence, so ensure you don't rush anything and ask for any help if needed.
The visa was accepted a little early too, which was quite surprising considering the global situation at the moment.
Extremely happy with the service from Alrose, finally we can build our lives together !

A permanent residence application and one to obtain a British passport for a child were handled with utter professionalism by Alrose Legal. The costs and an approximate timeline were discussed in detail beforehand and the communication throughout the process with Ms. Vera Kukhareva was quick and efficient. Both applications were prepared in a very short time frame and both were successful. A truly 5-star service throughout.

I am British and I worked with Alrose for an overall plan to re-locate my family back to the UK from Japan earlier this year.
Vera provided knowledgeable guidance and coaching through out the entire process in a highly professional and thorough manner. As a smaller firm, I found Alrose to provide a prompt, attentive and personal service. I would not have been able to prepare such a comprehensive and detailed application so quickly and assuredly with out Vera's direction. As such, my wife's visa was approved by the Home Office within four weeks of submission.
