Many Russell-Cooke teams and people are leaders in their fields, winning peer-group accolades in areas as diverse as real estate, regulation, crime and children law. The firm is highly rated by legal directories. Our breadth of expertise means we can tackle complex multi-dimensional cases that are beyond the scope of narrowly-based firms of solicitors.
A significant proportion of our work comes from referrals from other solicitors or professional firms. We are often called the "lawyers' lawyers"; our institutional clients include the Law Society, ILEX (the Institute of Legal Executives) and over 40 sets of barristers' chambers.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I have just completed a house sale through Philip Zimnicki at Russell-Cooke. The timeframes were tight (2 months) and had a number of challenges. I found them knowledgeable, providing excellent advice throughout. Most of all, they were very responsive and available - could not ask for anything more. I would recommend this firm.

The Russell Cooke team handled the conveyancing on the sale of my Putney flat very professionally. I had moved abroad, and Jeremy Pickering and his colleagues did a great job of keeping me informed, and acting as my UK representatives to resolve matters like dealing with the flat's management company.

I used the "more expensive" service for the purchase of my flat and decided to go with them for their notoriety and a peace of mind. 1st letter sent had a mistake on the address and the solicitor was being very moody. From there, you can probably draw a picture of the rest of the case. I would not recommend the firm to anyone as it was a stressful experience.
