Useless company, please do not use them. Great initially about the role they have advertised, which you can apply for, but you have to chase them up. NEVER, NEVER,NEVER ever get back to you about any role you apply for despite promising that they would. Completely unprofessional run by amateurs, worst load of fecal matter on this planet, disgraceful. This is why I do not like agencies. Waste of Space, time and effort. Avoid them, go to the employer directly, you'll probably get a much better response.

Applied for a financial Services position through this recruitment company and the lady who dealt with my application, Jo at first seemed really nice and professional. Had assured me after my interview will keep me updated of the outcome. However after I was interviewed I waited a week and then tried contacting Jo my email,SMS and tried calling. . SUPRISE SUPRISE NO ANSWER. I don't get why they would not just answer and be honest? I for one will not waste my time and apply for a role through this recruitment agency and will advise everyone to stay away. Such a waste of time and so unprofessional

I found an ad on Indeed from Jems Recruitment and spent an afternoon preparing a cover letter and tailoring my CV. On clicking 'Apply on company site', I created an account and filled in all the relevant details as well as uploading my CV and cover letter. When I submitted the application the site crashed, apparently because the file names contained more than one dot. After amending the file names and reuploading, I discovered that the site had wiped all of my information except the two files and the username itself. Upon re-entering everything, ensuring I clicked all the update buttons, I discovered
