Transition Zone is devoted to the very highest level of fitness training. Our instructors are a dynamic mix of highly talented professionals who either come from a sports background or have significant industry experience. EXPERIENCE - All trainers are fully qualified with no less than five years' teaching experience.
Transition Zone bridges the gap between one-on-one training and the all-too-often faceless anonymity of corporate gyms and large group classes. Being part of our 'club' gives you the flexibility to try different training disciplines and get coached and mentored by our highly experienced instructors, at a price you can afford.
Membership packages are designed to give you straightforward access to multiple classes a week. One single payment means cheaper workouts, less time spent signing up to sessions and more time focusing on your fitness goals. We also give members first dibs on events, extra discounts on personal training, massage and Recovery Cafe products.
We're strong believers in sharing fitness and wellbeing knowledge with our community. There's nothing better than bringing people together and helping them feel empowered and improved. That's why we regularly host special events aimed at getting all sections of the local area involved - from guest speakers to workshops there's always something to inspire and ignite.

Been training with Adam for 3 months now. Loving it and learning so much. Great vibe at the gym itself and everyone is friendly and easy going. You can see the hard work put into the place.

I love this place. You can take part in one of the many varied small group classes or choose a Personal Training session when you can have the place to yourself. So lucky to have this just around the corner from home.

Love this place, great instructors that take the time with you and explain their thinking. Done a few classes and some individual sessions, both are great. Highly recommended.

"Our motto is Train, Eat, Recover, Repeat " says their website. It may sound a little repetitive, but it helps you to get some simple structure which intern helps you stay in shape.
If you are looking for "small classes and big results" as they put it, check this place out.

Great workout on Power Plate with Claire who was very professional and corrected any bad posturing. Great space and friendly instructors. I really felt I had a work out!!

I've been so several HIIT TRX classes at Transition Zone. The classes are ok and it's a decent workout, but it can get monotonous to stay on the TRX for 30 minutes. They need to mix up the class a bit more and maybe use some weights. The instructors were friendly, but the staff at the cashier/snack bar could be a bit nicer. Also, there were several times I went to schedule a class and found it was cancelled.
