We are a small independent gym with a maximum membership of 300. As one of the 300 members you are part of a real, friendly club community and you can play an active part in creating something special. It also means we are able to offer you a bespoke and dedicated service. We are the longest serving gym in Chiswick serving the people of the W4 community for over 40 years.
Over 60,000 people - the number we have helped to lead a fitter and healthier lifestyle. Over 5,000 people have used our personal trainers. West4 members have run marathons completed triathlons, climbed mountains, competed at international level and one even made it into space. Fitsense smartphone app enables contactless check in, and gives access to exercise videos and nutritional advice.

By far the best gym in Chiswick and West London! Super friendly and supportive staff, quality machines/equipment and lovely shower/changing area. I'll definitely miss this as my local gym of 3 years. If you are considering joining I can only highly recommend it!

West4 is a great independent gym and I have no hesitation in recommending it. The gym is really friendly and equipment is well maintained. The owners Sam and Paul are always down in the gym and always willing to chat, listen and offer support. Over the years I have been a member of lots of gyms and West4 is a real gem.

My review remains exactly the same as 12 months ago but now 5 stars ++ because of a management buyout. Essentially Paul and Sam believed in this gym and have invested their own money in new machines and equipment, new showers, new decor and an excellent treatment room. Don't waste money on gyms that you never visit and have bigger coffee areas than studios. This gym will cost you less and help deliver fitness goals and you'll want to go. Spend your savings on great instructors or treatments........below were my thoughts a year ago.....it's just got better.
