- They advertised 8pm end time, but when I went there at 7.26pm, they refused my entry, saying last entry is 7pm - there was no information about this.
- They say they give guest passes, but when I asked for one they said mine had expired. I did not know of any expiry date, there is no information of guest passes on the membership portal. They instead say I should pay £15 for a guest per day.

Probably the worst experience I had with a gym in the last 15 years. From Cancelling different classes or services provided. but still get the same amount for the membership, to dragging the cancellation of the membership and go over the 12 months period of time despite the request for cancellatiol. Absolutely embarassing! Try any other gym!

Overall a good mid-tier priced gym.
There are flaws in terms of some of the system and sometimes the pool is out of order more than you like, but for the price (25 per month) it's actually pretty good. The equipment in the gym, especially the exercise stuff is of high quality, computer screens in all treadmills and cross-trainers. The weight section is good, but not huge - normally okay for the number of ppl that use it..
The real benefit comes from the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. You don't necessarily expect these to be included for the price. Local leisure centers are charging 40 for
