Bodyworx Physio was established in 2006 when our Selby clinic was opened. Since establishment, we have built good links within the community working with GPs, Consultants, Podiatrists and other Healthcare Practitioners. We have also work within private industry, providing treatment for their employees.

At Bodyworx Physio, we offer modified Pilates which may help to improve balance, strength, flexibility and posture as well as relieving you from back pain and other musculoskeletal disorders. Modified Pilates is a conditioning routine of exercises utilising strengthening, mobilising and stretching techniques.
