Psychotherapy includes a range of techniques intended to improve psychological and behavioural issues experienced by people of all walks of life. As a therapist, the focus is upon understanding your core beliefs and emotions and helping you to bring about the acceptance or change you seek. This is done by careful evaluation, initially talking and by working together, both therapist and client, to bring about the desired outcome.
Telephone counselling provides a convenient way of dealing with many of the issues traditionally carried out through face to face sessions. However, this approach is just as effective and can provide more privacy and the ability to work with a suitable therapist regardless of their location.

Telephone counselling offers the client an opportunity to work with a suitably qualified counsellor in a confidential manner regardless of their location which can broaden their choices.Clients who have busy lives, live in remote areas, have a disability, travel difficulties or caring responsibilities can find this approach really helpful.
Firstly, it is important to note that the phenomenon of hypnosis is in fact a natural state of mind. This means that virtually every person has the natural capacity for response to hypnosis. Hypnosis is simply a natural state of physical, mental and emotional relaxation, along with a heightened state of awareness.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a form of Psychotherapy which helps the client to understand the links between negative thoughts processes and feelings. CBT is often the approach used for symptoms of anxiety and depression and is extremely effective. It works by helping the client to understand how their thinking patterns influence their moods and how this can cause these low moods, stress and anxiety.
