We are operating normally at present and the Keats Team are doing their very best to look after our patients and customers. For everyone's safety, only 3 people are allowed in the Pharmacy at any time. Please keep 2 metres away from other customers and from the counter. Many thanks for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.

Services
A pharmacy has stood on the site of Keats Pharmacy for almost 150 years. Since acquiring Keats Pharmacy in 2000, proprietor Marion Harvey has continued to strive for the same standards of service, care and professionalism that such a lasting success has built. Marion's consistent vision is to provide first-class healthcare services for both NHS and private patients and customers, and to develop a select range of ethical skincare products.
As well as dispensing both NHS and private prescriptions, as your local pharmacy you can visit us for convenient and effective advice on a number of minor illnesses such as coughs, colds, stomach upset, and aches and pains. Our consulting rooms are available if you prefer to discuss your concerns privately.
Since 2011, Keats' Vaccination Clinic has been providing a professional, friendly and personal service at reasonable prices. Led by Dr Marion Harvey BPharm PhD MRPharmS, who has more than 30 years experience as a pharmacist. Most Clinic users will be seen by Marion personally. She has built a particular reputation for vaccinating children, and those apprehensive with injections and needles.
At Keats Pharmacy, we understand that vaccinating children can be stressful for the child and parent/carer alike and Marion will use her many years of experience to make it as easy and quickly forgotten for your child as possible. We offer a wide range of Childrens vaccinations, including Chicken Pox, Meningitis B and other childhood diseases.
At your appointment, Marion will first carry out a personal travel health consultation. She will advise you on any vaccinations you should have based on your specific travel plans and past vaccination history. She will also give travel health advice. There is no charge for travel health consultations when vaccinations or anti-malarials are supplied.

Rude staff, snobby attitudes, unhelpful towards unwell customers ridiculously overpriced, Would not recommend go to Boots how do these people ever get the jobs especially the woman with shoulder black hair and the pharmist with short greying hair. Go to Boots and get treated like a human and save yourself some trouble.

I moved here a short while ago but all notes did not arrive and medication had changed too. Did have a good chemist but find Keats exceptional. Has been a very difficult time for all, we really do not see behind the scenes but have just carried on as polite and helpful as usual. I speak as I find and they are five stars all the way for me.

Appalling customer service - rude, impatient and patronising. Saw a staff member visibly roll her eyes and sigh at a customer who was confused about the pick-up process for lateral flow tests, and needed a simple explanation. Said staff member complained that 'when you get asked every two minutes it gets frustrating' - well, then invest in better signage, alongside better manners.

My wife went in to get some medication, and the people here were totally unhelpful, non-responsive, and difficult to communicate her needs with. They kept denying all her credit cards even though the charges could have gone through. And one of the workers (perhaps the manager?) was wearing her mask incorrectly, below her chin! Don’t go here!!!

Thumbs up for Keats! The ladies are super friendly and helpful and Marion is amazing at giving kids vaccinations! I dare say negative reviews should be taken with a pinch of salt - I’ve seen customers being really rude and demanding to the staff whose hands are often tied (they’re dealing with the serious business of medication after all).

This is the BEST local pharmacy in the NW3 area. The staff are friendly and helpful and always go the extra mile. I have used it for years an will continue to do so. They also have a great selection of other beauty and health products which are great for presents of self- indulgence. Conveniently they also do flu and travel vaccinations.

Staff are disrespectful and dismissive.
I came into the pharmacy to ask about what I thought may have been a clerical mistake. I had been prescribed 5 bandages and 5 sheets of Manuka honey dressing. The pharmacy provided me with 20 bandages and 20 sheets of honey at a very substantial cost.
I came in to confirm whether it was a mistake as I am on very limited means.
There were two women working. An older, Caucasian woman kept multiple customers (at least five people, including two children were in the pharmacy) waiting, while passive aggressively commenting to her co-worker that 'there are too
