I came here for an antigen test so that I could fly to the US that day. My poor planning meant that I did not have much time to get the test results and get to my flight. The pharmacist helped me to quickly get my test results and they were kind to everyone I saw while I waited. I would definitely recommend them for any of your pharmacy needs.

I have been receiving prescriptions from this pharmacy for a few years and are impressed by their excellent service. I ran out of a repeat prescription, and was pleasantly surprised when they took the initiative to contact my doctor to arrange the repeat on my behalf. Furthermore, they compile and deliver my medication within hours. There is always a kind and compassionate voice on the other side of the phone line too. This pharmacy has made my life so much easier when severe illness robbed me of energy, and I needed a hassle free system the most, a rare gem indeed.

The nearby Boots had run out of my product, Hypafix 2.5cm, which I generally pay between £2.50 and £3 a box for, but the Boots pharmacist suggested the local private pharmacy as an alternative, NHS Grafton Pharmacy, who had the product, but l paid £5.99 for the same product (and size), lack lustre (or should I say, none exsistant) service, which meant paying double for a sale that received no service. Last and only purchase from here

I have been using Grafton Pharmacy for 35 years. I have been more than grateful that Grafton Pharmacy put the work in and bought products for the local community that has helped us to survive Covid 19. I am someone with a compromised lung and heart due to radiation for breast cancer and have felt very vulnerable during this time. I would not have been able to go out to do what I have had to as essential work for my neighbors and myself if it had not been for the effort Grafton Pharmacy have made to source and supply at market comparable prices sanitisers, disenfectants, and a variety of masks. Profiteering and extortionate. There's a shortage of masks at the moment but it seems that these cowboys have a steady supply line. I would avoid these guys - they sell surgical masks for £2 each which are the cheapest, weakest type you can buy and sell ffp2 standard masks for sanding/painting (N95) for £10 each when they cost around £1 at places like Screwfix.
Anyone selling masks at these grossly marked up prices are being dishonest, especially in the sense that they are registered pharmacists. They are truly taking advantage of people's panic and worry for monetary gain which is unethical

Grafton Pharmacy was very very helpful ordering a prescription that was needed ASAP and wasn't easy to get hold of. Compared to other local pharmacies that weren't willing to place an order or give us longer period for collection, this pharmacy tried couple of suppliers and the medicine was ready for collection on very next day.

Got a pack of dental usage mask there for £30 (normal price £1.6). They do have n95 but will give you this option if you didn’t pay close attention and asked for n95. Filthy people, don’t call yourselves pharmacists. You don’t have the heart.
