My name is Olivia Rowlatt. As a relationship and psychosexual therapist, I offer friendly, effective counselling for couples in my comfortable counselling room in central Bath. I find creative ways forward for couples in difficult situations. Providing warmth and a down to earth attitude helps couples to explore all aspects of themselves, their relationships and their sex lives.
For every couple there will be times when you get on less well with each other. This is normal, and only becomes problematic when the negatives consistently outweigh the positives. Psychosexual counselling is a talking therapy for couples and individuals to address sexual issues. Please feel free to contact me to discuss whether sex therapy could help in your situation. Stress, tiredness, illness, family and work pressures, and even a new baby can be contributing factors. Past experiences have an effect on how you are sexually.
Find the answers about relationship and psychosexual couple counselling in Bath with Olivia Rowlatt. The number of counselling sessions you will need depends on your problem and what you want to get out of the counselling. We will discuss this in your assessment consultation. Some people find even one or two sessions beneficial, others six to ten counselling sessions.
Most people find that they need to engage in at least 6 sessions in order to create real, lasting change. Many find it useful to continue in counselling for longer periods of 6 months to 1 year. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your counselling appointment. If you give less than 48 hours notice notice I will charge the full cost of the cost of the appointment.
