We offer small group training, 1:1 personal training and nutritional coaching to help you to achieve your strength and fitness goals in a supportive and welcoming environment. At CrossFit Volentia we offer a wide variety of strength and fitness classes. Group classes are set up to ensure that our members get the attention they need from our experienced and qualified coaches.

We welcome all levels of exercise experience- from complete beginner to competitive athlete- there's something for everyone! To supplement our core classes, we also offer 1:1 personal training and nutritional coaching. We aren't just a gym though, we are a community and a team made up of coaches and members.

We are made up of a team of coaches led by co-owners Nicola and Nick and our members who all share the same goal- to live a healthy, happy and full life!
I'm a big CrossFit fan and as time goes by I love it more and more for the sheer diversity of the sport! The varied nature of the training and endless challenges it brings has never ceased to amaze me over the years. These days you're more likely to find me training within a class rather than coaching it!
Book in a time and day that suits you, and Laura, our membership manager will call you to discuss your goals, needs, previous exercise experience and other interesting facts about yourself. If you are an experienced CrossFitter she will arrange for you to come along to one of our classes for free where a coach will assess your movement (it's always about safety first for us).
Find the membership package that suits you most. Our no-contract rule means you can upgrade at any time and if you want to leave us (although we hope you don't!), there are no quibbles. Our Gold and Silver packages start on the 1st day of the month, but don't worry if you start mid-month we'll just pro-rata the cost so you can start straight away!

If you're interested in CrossFit definitely enquire, the coaches are amazing and supportive to help you achieve your goals both physically and mentally. Training with like minded diverse people and you're welcomed into a fitness community, the gym is organised with with all equipment kept in great condition.

I was getting bored of weight training and wanted to try something different. The group classes at Volentia are varied and great fun and the coaching team are brilliant. Highly recommended.
