I am a personal trainer based in Coventry and Warwickshire. With over two decades experience in the personal training and fitness industry I have helped numerous people throughout Coventry and the surrounding area achieve their fitness and body goals. Individually designed tailor made fitness plans combined with friendly one to one training have allowed me to help people change their body and lifestyle.

Something very common in people that are new to workout is starting with a heavy routine until they're burnt out and then abandoning after a few days. Another common situation is that people train for a long time and they not only don't see results but are always just too fatigued. Extremely knowledgeable and motivational coach. Superb advice on nutrition, I have lost over a stone but more importantly feel so fit and healthy. Working out at home on the Bosu ball .... forget the gym. This coach knows his stuff ... it works. Thank you so much Andy.

Andy worked out how to tailor a session for me in no time at all - worked out where my limits and strengths were and got me doing exercises that soon had me feeling as strong as I'd felt in years. Always a great session, great motivation, and brilliant advice. Top coach and trainer, lovely bloke, and highly recommended!

Andy is an excellent and extremely knowledgeable PT, I can’t recommend him highly enough.
I hadn’t been to the gym for many years but wanted to tone up, improve my fitness and hopefully lose some weight in the process.
Found Andy to be very reliable and motivational, particularly working my core (which is exactly what I wanted to work on) with free weights and providing really useful nutritional advice without changing my diet completely. After 7 weeks had lost weight, dropped a dress size and feel stronger and fitter. A massive thank you to Andy 😊.

What a guy! What a trainer!! I met Andy and since day one of my transformation to a better and healthier lifestyle, he has been a friend.
Phenomenal nutrition advice. I mean have you seen the Abs on that guy??

Andy is a fantastic and motivational trainer. I always enjoy my workouts with Andy and have really seen an improvement in my fitness and overall approach to healthy eating because of sessions with him.
