Services
Woodlands Pharmacy will contact your GP and collect your prescription, unless your GP insists on seeing you. Pop into Woodlands Pharmacy at the agreed time and your medication will be ready for you to collect. Otherwise, where necessary, the medication will be delivered to housebound patients. This service is only available to patients who have a valid, up-to-date repeat prescription.
Woodlands Pharmacy has partnered with Clinicheck, enabling us to offer our customers a complete health screen or any other blood tests they require to monitor an existing medical condition. You may discuss your concerns with Clinicheck's physicians at no charge and then come to Woodlands Pharmacy for a blood sample without wasting time travelling or waiting for an appointment.
It is thought that sitting still for a long time, such as on a long-haul flight, can lead to blood clotting in the veins. This is by far the most common problem to affect travellers and is often caused by contaminated food and drink. If you are travelling to an area where malaria is a risk, prevention is vital.

Too small to provide a decent service. With digital prescriptions there is no benefit to using this pharmacy even if you use the surgery in the same building. Pharmacist not always working, so unable to obtain medication. Very small stock, so often had to wait. Staff are externally cold, rude and unhelpful.

Worst pharmacy service in the whole Borough!!! DO NOT NOMINATE!!! three days after an urgent prescription was sent to the pharmacy, called to follow up as the Doctor couldn't understand why its taking so long....guess what? Pharmacy hasn't even ordered it!!!! after me spending 1 hr on Sunday face to face to wait for it inside to be told they don't have it and will order for delivery next day!!! Staff are also very rude! and thsi comment is not based on a single experience, i have been waiting and been patients for the last 5 years...

Used this pharmacy as it’s the closet and with long opening hours. Those are the only two good things I have to say about it. Have had to go back three times twice to get prescriptions because they were not ready, other times told there is no pharmacist so they can’t give me my prescription.
Each time they ask “have you been called or received a text” I have never been called or received a text from them!
The staff are always blunt and unapologetic.
I now use the pharmacy up the road and have had no problems and I am met with a smile and a hello when I walk through the door. What a difference

5 months and counting for an EpiPen prescription. It still hasn't been fulfilled. I kept going in to see if it was ready to be told it's not available and there were massive delays. I was then advised by a temporary member of staff that a broken fax machine was causing the delay as you now have to fax EpiPen prescriptions. In the end I went back to my GP who kindly issued another prescription. I took it to Raines pharmacy who not only got the medication in less then 3 days also called me to let me know it was available. I do not recommend the Woodlands Pharmacy.
