New from Old works with you to give your initial idea form and function in a style that both excites and works for you. We carefully choose the wood for your furniture and handcraft it using traditional cabinetry methods. Methods of joinery have evolved through the centuries to give tried and tested cabinetry which withstands the test of time.
We hand build bespoke solid wood furniture for all your living needs, to work with and to relax with. Fitted or freestanding, the solid wood furniture is traditionally built furniture that is functional. Reclaimed pine lends itself to country style furniture suitable for the grand house through to the more humble dwelling.
New from Old only buys accredited sustainable wood from suppliers who ensure that the wood comes from well managed and sustainable sources. We also endeavour to source and purchase local or native wood. New from Old does not use tropical hardwoods, unless they are from a reclaimed source. There is a wealth of choice of temperate zone sustainable hardwoods.
