You will automatically receive an 'OTS Journey Acknowledgement' email for the journey(s) you have paid for. You are responsible for checking that the details received to us are correct. This was the third - and probably last - time that I've used your services. On my first time (November 18th, 2018) the experience was super pleasant, even though the driver had to wait a long time because passport check was incredibly slow. We even talked about soccer and had a very good trip to the hotel. My return trip to the airport was also very good, with a very decent and educated driver.

I have used onward several times and always been very happy on my last occasion no so much.
the driver was on time and waited at the correct place we were early through arrivals so all good.
However when he stoped to drop us off at home he did not even get out of the cab my daughter and I had to pull two cases one a larger one and several bags down the step from inside the cab needless to say I kept the generous tip that I was planning on giving him!!

Terrible experience. Do not use this company. Booked a transfer with meet and greet at Manchester airport. Flight arrived on time.... meet and greet was not there. Waited and watched others being picked up. Phone driver number provided... driver did not answer ..someone told us that driver was on their way. After numerous calls and a 40 minutes wait the driver eventually showed up... came in with a small notebook that had our name scrawled on it..we were lucky to spot him. Driver was confused about where his car was parked, he spoke little English and was in need of a wash. Our flight came in at

Booked onward travel solutions from Heathrow airport to my hotel in central london. These guys are terrible!!! DONT USE THEM they were 30minutes late upon arrival to Heathrow, then the driver said he had been waiting for an hour and i just didn't see him. my wife and I looked everywhere, called multiple times no answer. Then they tried to bill me because they said the driver had been waiting. Then leaving the hotel to the airport, i confirmed the day before, and driver wasn't there when i was scheduled to leave. when i called they said the driver has the info. waited 10 min then

We hired this company for a 530 am pick up to the airport as we are from the United States and did not know what the easiest way to get to the airport would be at that time of day. At 5:20 am we were standing in front of our flat in the driveway waiting. By 5:35 I called Onward Travel Solutions to ask where the driver is. This call cost me $10 as I did not have an international calling plan on my phone. The girl who answered told me to call the driver and his number is in my email. I told her I did not have access to email and the number I had on my printed confirmation sheet is hers.

This company contracts jobs out to drivers, something to be aware of because this can factor into the service that you receive. My boss traveled to London in July and I needed a car service to get him from Gatwick airport to his hotel in London. We paid extra for the "Meet & Greet" service so that my boss wouldn't have to wander around an unfamiliar airport trying to find the driver. The driver was supposed to meet him in the arrivals area, but instead, I'm getting a text from my boss that the driver has asked him to meet up in the departures area. I get another text

BEWARE OF OTS Airport Taxi Service (Onward Travel Solutions). When you arrive at Heathrow Airport from an international flight there is no way you can be out in less than 1 hour, however as soon as you land the clock
starts running. They allow you one hour and then start billing you extra money at that point. We were unaware of this when we booked the service and were quoted a certain price. As soon as you get into the vehicle the first thing the driver says to you is there is going to be an extra fee. They claim they have to pay more for parking but

At company suggestion paid for meet and greet service re. an overnight flight from Canada as we did not have a cell. Driver didn't show. It took nine phone calls on borrowed phones and two hours to finally get a driver. During these calls it was denied the reservation was made, we were disconnected, drivers went missing etc etc.. Numerous nonsensical emails re return trip to the airport. Company promised a review of our situation in 5 days which as not materialized. Would never consider using again and would recommend avoiding them.

STOP!!! Do not use this company as you will have a high probability of having no service and no refund. They left me at LHR with two babies and my wife to fend for our selfs and then refused a refund. Also read reviews on Google this company is a scam. As soon as we return from holiday I will ask my credit card company to get a charge back

I chose this company for airport pick up service at Heathrow today. The driver never showed up and I had to take taxi instead.....in the meantime, I had to call the driver, he said he was coming in a few minutes, then called office, office told me to wait for 5 minutes, then ended up wasting over 30 minutes. I would NOT recommend this company, not reliable.

We come out from lobby...no one is there. I call back the #. Stay away! Hired OTS to pick me up from my hotel in central London for a private transfer to Heathrow. Driver didn't show up at designated time. I called the driver and he didn't answer his phone. I then called the office and they said he was stuck in traffic and was going to be 15 minutes late. 25 minutes later driver hasn't shown up. I call office again and they say he is still 15 minutes away. I am forced to hail a cab at full price. OTS driver then proceeds to call me and ask where I am at when he has shown up 50 minutes late. If you want to make your flights or not be left sitting

AWFUL COMPANY! I really wish I googled them before using their services. There's a website that states they are a 4 out of 5 star company, but there's no way to leave a review for that, making me think it's a fraud.
When we got to Stansted Airport, the person they sent supposedly already left because he was waiting there and there was no way to contact us. We flew in from another country with no cell phone. Do not use this firm. Every time they have had to pick me up from my flat in central London to take me to Heathrow they have been late, and last week they were more than 20 minutes late so I had to get a black cab instead so I didn't miss my flight. They didn't apologize and have refused to reimburse me for the black cab fare which was 3 times that of a minicab. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Avoid this company at all cost! We booked them from Gatwick airport to our hotel in Central London. It was the worst car service experience we had every had and we're frequent travellers. First of all the driver was 20 mins late. When he finally showed up his van wasn't exactly clean. After he started driving he was checking his phone for directions then asked my husband for the postal code of the hotel. Wasn't he supposed to have all the info before he even picked us up? Then he was driving 40+km over the limit and we had a child in the car. Next thing you know he decided to open

Securing a car that is reasonably priced and trustworthy while depending on the internet instead of personal experience can be daunting. Thank You Onward Travel Solutions, LTD! My daughter got off the plane at LHR with a backpack and two suitcases and I am sure the thought: "Wow this airport is huge.." OTS called me in the states to tell me they hadn't connected and assured me they would find her and call me back. They did just that and what a relief. You are on the top of my list.
