Recently used this company to book a journey for my mum and would highly recommend. Tim, the driver, was excellent. He told my mum lots of information about the local area and the taxi was spotless. The lady I booked the journey with was extremely helpful, asking what my mum's name was and telling me that she would receive a text (which she did) to confirm the journey. Five stars!

Excellent experience - I used Bath Taxi Transfers a couple of years ago and they were so good and reliable that I booked them again for our transfers to Bristol Airport this week. Both Robert (outward) and John (return) were wonderful, friendly and polite, on time and driving immaculate Mercedes cars. Outstanding service and great value considering that they charge little more than a bog standard taxi service! Highly recommended.

We used Bath Taxi Transfers to go from Bath train station to Wells on a recent Friday evening -- Damian was our driver and could not have been nicer or more professional and the car was an unexpected treat.
