Booked a taxi online to take us home from a wedding to a Travelodge. at midday on the day, Travelodge contacted us to say that we would have to be moved to a different hotel about 5 miles away, due to problems at the original one we had booked. i tried to call the taxi company to let them know that we'd need to be dropped off at a different location (Pick up still the same) and that we were happy to pay the extra charges. but there was no answer on the phone (always a bad sign with a taxi company!). so i emailed instead at about 1pm to let them know.
i then eventually received an email response

Absolutely awful. Booked a taxi 24 hours in advance, it didn't show up and they were no missed calls on my phone. No one picked up their phone and we had to wait an hour for another taxi. Do not book a taxi with them!

Absolutely abysmal, avoid, this seems a dodgy outfit! No call backs, no confirmations then a late one liner "no taxis available"! Suggest avoid payments on line at all costs!
