We booked a taxi from South Horrington on the 13th of May to Bristol Airport .To be collected on the 27th of May.We were quoted £38 each way .My husband tipped the drivers (as he always does)..However when we returned home on the 27th ..we were told it was £51..they had forgotton it was Bank Holiday!..I rang and was told to speak to Simon ..Which I did today..His manner was aggresive even saying "It's a pity I had not anything better to do"..He then put down the phone ..I would never recommend this company to anyone..They are dishonest and any decent company at the very least would have apologised
