I was born in Worthing and still live here with my family and have worked in the property industry for over 20 years. Having run flag ship offices of independent estate agents and a group of offices for the largest estate agency in the UK I decided in 2014 I would take the best from both worlds and start my own estate agency.

Couldn't fault the service we received from Jacks and Jones. As an executor sale Tim and Ellie were at all times considerate of the emotional side of the sale, whilst remaining friendly and professional. We were kept informed at all times and at no time were put under any pressure to proceed at a pace that wasn't comfortable for us. Highly recommended.

Jack’s and Jones were unbelievable, it’s as simple as that. They went out of there way on numerous occasions to help us with the process of moving house. We had some ups and downs on the journey but every time Ellie was there to support us and provide the expertise and support needed. Could not recommend them more!

Ellie & Simon were always friendly & professional. They were responsive to my calls and made the moving process to our new property as stress free as possible.
They put my mind at ease when things happened which were out of our control and we managed to hit the stamp duty deadline which is always an added bonus.
We got a little gift set upon completion which was a nice touch.

My parents have recently sold with Jacks & Jones. Having been on the market with another agent, with no luck, they decided to try an agent with a different approach. Simon was so helpful, and after only 2 viewings, they accepted an offer! Simon worked quickly and professionally throughout, and after only 8 weeks they were exchanged. My parents are very happy, and I know where to go if I ever decide to sell!

We have recently sold our house in Felpham with Jacks & Jones. Having previously been on the market with another agent for a few months, with no luck, I went with a recommendation and instructed Jacks & Jones. Simon was very efficient, and presented the property beautifully. Two viewings later, sold! From start to finish Simon was very professional, and managed to get us exchanged in only 8 weeks. Very impressed and would use Jacks & Jones services again.

If I could give more stars for Jacks&Jones I definitely would as they are excellent!!! The way how they communicate, respond to all questions is brilliant. Tim is very professional and gives all information which is needed before selling the property. He done such a nice pictures and a virtual tour of my house which helped to attract more viewers. Just one day of showing my house and I get offer which was 10000£ more than I expected. 😄 Highly recommend!!!
