UPDATE: THE REPLY TO THIS REVIEW IS A HUGE LIE👇. THERES NO WAY TO REPLY TO THEIR WAFFLE SO IVE ADDED IT HERE. I arranged to view the property, but when I got there, spending 3 hours travel time, I was given reasons why I couldn’t have it. The agent felt a bit like the smiling assassin, as his smile wasn’t there to help me. He gave me a application form, it each step of the way, I was told I didn’t achieve what they were looking for. I had a guarantor, but even though my guarantor owns many businesses and properties, I still wasn’t good enough. He didn’t offer to help me in anyway,

Really have been impressed with Sam and the team at Simply Lettings. Extremely responsive, friendly but professional and have even responded to calls/queries outside of the usual 9-5 mentality. Very thorough when signing contracts / tenancy agreements and also explain the process really clearly. Everything turned out as they had explained so there no surprises. Great work Sam, Pedro and all the guys at SL - top team!

Having refused to use a letting agency for 8+ years, I tried Simply Lettings and am incredibly impressed. They are efficient, communicative and honest (in my experience, a very rare trait in the property industry). I would recommend without hesitation, to landlord and prospective tenants alike.

Fantastic lettings agency. I had been overwhelmingly stressed with a job change and looking for properties to rent, Simply Lettings genuinely came to my rescue. I love the look of their properties so I was glad to see a flat come up that is perfect for me. Pedro was lovely and so helpful at the viewing. Carly was excellent, quick to respond to my emails and questions throughout the application process. Pedro is an absolute delight, he is very personable and friendly and made the viewing really relaxed.
Once I went ahead with the move Carly took over and was equally brilliant, she was very quick at responding to any queries and made sure she was on top of everything to get me into my new rented property on the date agreed.
All in all I would 100percent recommend simply lettings and use their services again :)

Simply Lettings are genuinely one of the best agencies I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Sam has gone above and beyond to cater to our needs and has been hugely professional and transparent throughout the process. Carly and Pedro have also been very friendly and helpful.
