Services
We offer a normal ad hoc and pre booked service from anywhere in the borough or from anywhere to the borough, journeys outside of this may attract a surcharge due to dead mileage. We have a number of Wheelchair accessible vehicles available at your request but subject to availability. Our drivers are trained to MIDAS and PATS standard so we can offer a safe and reliable service to wheelchair users.

An elderly couple friends of mine a lady who is waiting for a hip replacement ordered a taxi who turned up early then proceeded to tell the driver he would have to wait for a few minutes whilst they waited for their food to be prepared in a local takeaway bearing in mind the taxi was early were then told that the meter would be turned on and they would be charged for it very rudely he then after being told that the meter shouldn’t be left on was very rude and drove off leaving an elderly man and lady stranded I offered them a lift home in my van unfortunately for them the ride was so painful

Ordered a taxi for a specific time so I could get to work. Didn’t show up. Phoned them for them to say he’ll be 5 minutes. Well that wasn’t what I ordered was it! On top of that, the driver drove straight past me whilst I was waiting outside in the rain for my taxi which didn’t turn up at the time ordered, charged me more than than it’s ever been for the same journey and I was late for work! Shouldn’t have paid it. Extortionate for a late taxi and poor service.

We were on a coach trip but needed to find a local taxi after my dad took a tumble. The taxi driver was prompt and so friendly and helpful, he even got my dad out of the car and assisted him over a large puddle to get on the pavement. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
