I used this company before . To pre book a taxi to take me to work early in the morning . back then was told I would have too pre book it as I needed to be picked up at 5.30 in the morning. But today the lady on the phone was so rude to me . When I told her what time I wanted to be picked up . I explained to her that iv pre booked with them before and they where happy to pick me up. That time . But she told me that I had to wait until 6 to get picked up . But I told her I needed to be at work for then . Then we both agree that she would ask the driver if it's ok . Then she would call me back in

Unreliable. Unprofessional. Do not use this service. Avoid these Taxi's at all costs. Prebooked 3 Hours in advance, they did not show, called and got no answer, used another mobile, got through to be told 'Alexis' hadn't put it on the system! Had to drive ourselves. Avoid this Taxi service like the plague.

Coming from bath/bristol area. Money wise, i thought we were going to have to walk everywhere. And unlike most towns we visit, where we struggle to find a cab. Bill's number is everywhere. Its also a 3rd of the price for a ride than i would expect it to be. And the drivres are always happy to point you in the right direction for anything you are looking for. Always on time, cant fault them. 10 out of 5! Cheaper than their competitors

Dog friendly Taxi firm.
Used twice yesterday from Haycrafts Lane to Swanage at midday and then return journey later in the afternoon.
Both drivers friendly as was the lady who I called to book and then when we walked into the office for our return journey.
Will definitely use again during our stay here.

I've used this company on/off for 5 years now and must state that the service provided is dreadful! I've had some lovely trips, with friendly drivers who I still use from time to time - but this is out numbered by many cases of rudeness and an inability to arrive on time (for both pick up and drop off). I'm a local guy, through and through, I know this company well enough to know that you would be better off going somewhere else.
