It is a really lovely place. The Carers show great empathy to the residents, treating them with great care & dignity.
My Mum has been there for a year now. She has settled in very well & is really appreciative of all the care given to her.
I would recommend New Haven as a great place for loved ones who are no longer fully able to look after themselves.

Working for the NHS, I visit many care homes and I can highly recommend New Haven. My mother-in-law went into respite at New Haven for two weeks which then led onto permanent residence . I can not praise the staff at this home enough, they attend to my mother-in-laws needs and requirements with 100% attentive loving care. They allow her to keep her dignity at all times. The home is immaculate and well maintained. The staff go over and above any requirements to not only ensure that she is cared for but also to make her feel as though she is loved and they respect her feelings
