Since my wife came to St Ronans almost a year ago with dementia and hardly communicating at all, the difference over the months is simply joyful and amazing. Her care individually is so good - always clean and tidy - cream on her dry skin and lipstick on! My wife laughs all the time, goes on all the bus trips for picnics every two weeks, lovely entertainment singing and dancing of which she does enjoy.
