We are a group of five family run and owned children's nurseries based in Bury, Lancashire. Founded in 1990, we are the longest established nursery group in the North West. All our committed, caring and enthusiastic staff across our 5 settings work together as one fantastic team and are totally focused on the well-being of the children in their care.

Services
We currently have 5 childcare settings across the Bury, Greater Manchester area, all with Outstanding ratings in their latest Ofsted inspections. Despite our fantastic Ofsted gradings, we do not stand still. We are always striving to ensure that our nurseries are the best they possibly can be. We are so proud of our fantastic team and the amazing love and care they provide for the children every day.
Tottington Nursery School was established in 1990 by Sue and John Robinson, using their expertise in health and education. John had been a school teacher for many years and prior to leaving to support Sue in the nursery, he was a head teacher at a secondary school in Salford. Sue was a hospital sister, a district nurse in Tottington for many years and latterly a health visitor before leaving nursing to set up the nursery.
We employ committed, caring, and enthusiastic managers, heads and deputies of units and nursery nurses and they are the key to our success. They are all totally focussed on the wellbeing of the children in their care, and their loving approach to childcare is evident to anyone visiting our nurseries.
We have held an annual charity event since our Tottington nursery opened in 1990. Since starting fundraising, the nurseries have raised more than 120,000 for over 50 different charities. The charities we have supported have always been nominated by parents or team members and the majority have been local children's charities.
We do our utmost to ensure that the nurseries provide an outstanding standard of childcare. The safety, welfare and happiness of the children in our care have always been our number one priority. Since we opened our first nursery in 1990 we have always received fantastic Ofsted grades and we are constantly striving to better the standards set by Ofsted.

We are thrilled that we picked this nursery for our little girl. Sending her in to start at just eight months old, we were a bit worried but the staff put us at complete ease. They really helped settle her down and now she absolutely loves going in. We have complete confidence in the staff, especially the management and those in the baby room - any illness or problems during the day, they are on the phone to let us know, which is brilliant.
The site is safe and secure, so we couldn't be happier to leave our baby there. There is always plenty going on and loads of exciting things for the children
