Services
Through our partnerships with Regional Area Teams, we provide dental care and oral health advice that are necessary to keep your mouth, teeth and gums healthy. We aim to provide preventative dentistry to help you avoid extensive dental treatments. The NHS tells us how we must charge you for NHS dental services and the amount you pay depends on the treatments you need.
We welcome referrals for your patients who may need additional complex treatments that can be provided by one of our Specialists or dentists with additional skills so that they can have the best possible care for treatments planned by you.
Treatments may range from a root filling or extraction of a tooth to more complex implant placement and restoration, but whatever their treatment plan entails you can be assured that you patient will have the best possible care and we will communicate their patient journey with you throughout.

Rude unhelpful receptionist. Only register with this dental practise if you don’t mind being spoke to like rubbish , they don’t value you as a patient , if you are private I am sure they must treat you better but if you are a NHS patient they treat you appallingly. Avoid this practice and find one that doesn’t discriminate against you for being an NHS patient . Thank you .

The receptionists are pretty disgusting
"Don’t dare register with this clinic. The receptionists are incredibly rude and never ever answer the phone, so if you even need to make a cancellation or something urgent comes, up they have no compassion, especially not for children which is a great shame because the dentists them selves are fantastic here. But don’t trust the girls at the reception desk they maybe looking for anyway to take your money for not showing up as they deliberately ignore calls from registered patients and charge when you are late or not don’t show up without notice. Yet

If you register with this practice and you got emergency you can be seen in January (today is (10.11.2020) as they fully booked. But if I decide to go private no problem you can have appointment same day- anyone want tell me why we pay towards national insurance number? They want private money only, in my eyes they should get it, and we should pay less towards national insurance.

Absolutely shocking service.
Appointments have been cancelled here there and everywhere (one reason because the dentist decided to go on annual leave even though I'd booked this appointment way in advance 🙄)
Being told your son needs root canal and then after months of them changing appointments and messing us about it finally gets done only to be told at the end of the last session he now needs a crown and it will cost £270 (it would have been nice of them to have let me know beforehand so at least I could have given the money tree a shake in advance 🙄)

Massive thank you to Dhaval and Jess 😊 my daughter came in a couple of weeks back so nervous to have a tooth take out.. Dhaval was fabulous and really patient with her, the tooth didn't want to leave my daughter however he kept her calm and finished his job perfectly!! My daughter has been back today for the second tooth to be taken out, Dhaval and Jess are ready for her and they did amazing THANK YOU 😊

I have visited this practice a number of times after transferring from another dentist and cannot fault any of my experiences here. My last appointment was a check up, clean and polish and I felt completely comfortable throughout with the dentist explaining what he would be doing throughout the whole appointment. All of the staff that I interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly :-)

Just to share the 8 month saga of botched treatment
I had root canal surgery and a crown fitted (a fairly uncomfortable 2 hour process)
This resulted in an abscess (exceptionally painful). I was then told that the procedure hadn't worked as they didn't have precise enough equipment to totally remove the root and I would be have to be referred elsewhere to carry out the root canal again.
Following another abscess months later it transpired that they hadn't actually made the referral. I kept chasing and was eventually seen elsewhere. Another root canal (2 x 1 hour appointments) was carried out

Staff are friendly and make you fell very relaxed especially the reception staff. Having had intensive work done my dentist was always happy to see me at short notice to speak about any concerns I had after the treatment. After years of going to another dentist who I was always reluctant to go to due to the attitude of the staff and dentists themselves, after attending this one my faith was restored and I felt that they wanted the best for me and continue to do so. Excellent !!!!
