I have been coming to this practice for a while now, with my family. Last July (2021) a bit of one of my veneers came off, i was also due to get Married that month. I phoned up etc, couldn't see the person I normally see (managers daughter) so i had to see someone else. The day arrives for my appointment, needles in the gum, drilling noise taking my veneers off (my anxiety was awful), she done impressions etc, said it would be 2 weeks for them to be made, just in time for my Wedding, i thought (temporary veneers put on). Appointment day comes (needles in gums again) drilling to take Temporaries

Cant fault my actual dentist SJ he's great but trying to actually get through to the service ton the number they provide is virtually impossible. Sadly this is the only thing that lets the service down, having read previous negative reviews on the same issue it appears this has been going on for the last year or so, the reply is 'we are aware of the situation and the issue is being worked on' again this was the response I had a year ago when i finally got through after numerous attempts...such a shame

Leaving a review because I’ve had such wonderful treatment and because I’ve seen there are negative reviews.
From the calls, to all staff, nurses and dentists, the several appointments I’ve had lately have been met with kindness, compassion and too class professional standard! It is also not because I’m a private patient, I have to use the NHS service, and it’s all still been really great.
I am extremely grateful and appreciative. E. Morton.

Used to be a great dentist, since the move to their new building - rarely are my calls answered (if ever). I'm too busy to continuously call them, phones ring forever. Lost 2 deposits from having to cancel, both times I attempted to cancel days in advance but the phones were not answered. Apparently you can email or text to cancel, which I was only told today and their messages via text say otherwise. To my knowledge, the phone rings forever and never gives an indication that their lines are busy. I will not be returning

Firstly, your staff don’t answer the phones and when they do it rings out for ages! I had to call several times before someone answered. When I arrived with my son for our appointments, we had to wait 25minutes before we were called in!! Totally unacceptable! No apology offered or explanation as to why it took so long for us to be called. I just add that when you were based at the station I’d been there several times and never waited that long! Yet if I were late more than 10 minutes, you would have cancelled my appointment. Once we were in the room with the the dentist, we were both out in

Visited today to have my teeth cleaned. To be honest they didn't feel clean after I'd been, they felt rough. On top of this the inside of my lip ended up bruised and bloody, which I didn't notice until I had left the building. I'm sure I shouldn't have ended up in that state. Photos attached. I've stayed with Dental Works because I'd previously been happy with my treatment there. I'm not overly happy with today's experience and will probably consider using a dentist closer to home in future.
I guess if I'd paid £75.00 for the hygienist instead of £41.00 for the dentist to do it, I wouldn't have

Very un professional. You all know how taking a dentist appointment is very hard with the wait list. Two times I took an appointment and I had to cancel other things and two times the doctor did not come and I had to re schedule my appointment. I think this clinic takes health issues as a game not as serious as it should be. I will definitely change it and will never recommend it to any one.
