Beanhill Dental Practice

I would leave 0 stars but I can't. My daughter missed an appointment April 2018 so they took her off the register and now only taking PRIVATE people. So now I need to find an NHS dentist in MK for my autistic 8 year old.

After deep conversation with regard to extreme dental pain ,( filling fell out ,old Mercury 🙃) They were able to assist straight away .,and place in damaged tooth a replacement filling untill my appointment schedule for . Feeling very grateful 🙏✨. At present tooth doing well ,plus filling. 🙂😉

I have always been a nervous person at the dentist but this is the only dentist i will use. Hes understanding and gentle. The receptionist is always helpful too.

Do not use this dentist. They are the worst ever. No care and the male receptionist is so rude. Dentist makes you feel guilty everytime you go repeatedly if there is something not right with your treatment plan. Disgraceful service.

Got a txt message couple weeks ago to have check up.. So phone today to be told I dnt need to be seen as I've just been in.. The guy on the phone was argumentive/rude when I said I hadn't been in.. So trying to book appointment for a Wednesday as I dnt wrk this day but I didn't no that the practice wasn't open on this day.. The guy was really attitudie towards me..

My mother required a tooth extraction. The dentist applied anaesthetic but didn't work. He applied more and my mother still felt pain. The dentist proceeded to just pull the tooth out, leaving my mother to scream. Avoid this place. The dentist has no compassion or any duty of care.
The receptionist seemed caring and kind.

Great dentist . Unfortunately they nearly sent bailiffs round owing to their fault. They had under-charged my last treatment by measly pounds. I always pay fully whatever they asked . They sent 2 obscure letters demanding money with NO explanation. Then their 3rd threatening to send the bailiffs to chase this petty unpaid amount (30 odd pounds) which wasn't my fault still NO explanation . When I got round to calling the receptionist explained but I wasn't entirely convinced of undercharge. I was forced to pay by card over the phone to avoid bailiff. BEWARE

Staff are friendly and make you fell very relaxed especially the reception staff. Having had intensive work done my dentist was always happy to see me at short notice to speak about any concerns I had after the treatment. After years of going to another dentist who I was always reluctant to go to due to the attitude of the staff and dentists themselves, after attending this one my faith was restored and I felt that they wanted the best for me and continue to do so. Excellent !!!!

If there was an option for 0 star, that’s what I would give the practice. I was supposed to get teeth extracted for my braces. I was referred and had all the paper work. They scanned it in one week and said they’ll try to get me booked in the same week as they had several spaces. They didn’t get back to me the whole week. The staff were rude and smug. They lacked knowledge and didn’t provide me with the correct information. I called in to get an appointment for today, thinking I was getting my teeth extracted. She looked at my teeth for a couple of seconds. And said she couldn’t do them
