Very disconcerting service. Like most, I chose this shop because of the ratings. I dropped off my bean-to-cup machine as agreed by telephone for a repair estimate. I was contacted the next day to provide details of the fault and then promised an estimate within a week. It has now been TWO MONTHS with only three polite chases on my part and received: 'your machine is in the queue', 'you'll get it Thursday', and 'sorry, can't talk right now' responses! Two weeks ago I requested to collect the machine (by text, and later by voicemail) to get it serviced somewhere else and there is now no response

Not one for a review, yet the Espresso Clinic team is fantastic!
I’ve used them a few times now for my domestic coffee machine. Every time we interact, I’m always delighted by how very professional and knowledgable they are. It’s the only place I would take it for maintenance and repairs in London!

When you run a business, time is money. So when at 7pm on Friday evening the only coffee machine stopped working I almost cried. I cried even more when I called a few companies from Google search and they said that the earliest appointment they have is mid next week. Luckily I called Bart from Espresso Clinic and he arrived within an hour!!! With van full of necessary parts and within and hour and a half my machine was up and running and my cafe was able to operate during the weekend, needless to say that weekends are the busiest! Really disappointing! I have a Sage Barista that had just passed its warranty date before it stopped working, so sent it to EspressoClinic for repair and service. I decided to choose them because of its good reviews but my experience was quite poor.
They estimated a repair time of 2-3 days but it took over a week. When chasing for updates I was unable to get hold of someone. Eventually getting my machine back after a further 3 days of chasing (would only respond to text).

Absolutely brilliant. Fixed my machine easily and without having to courier it miles away at great inconvenience. My original retailer even agreed to cover the full cost of repair under warranty, as Espresso Clinic's costs were reasonable. Highly recommended and much more trustworthy than dodgy online repair websites. (Call before you head to the shop in case the team is at an off-site repair.)
