Over the previous years and as I became older I struggled with weight gain and being unfit. Im sure at 22 1/2 stone I was heading towards some serious medical issues in future.
About 2 years ago I was introduced to CrossFit and the team who own and manage RS3 in Bowthorpe. That was probably the most important and life changing thing event I ever started.
Within 14 months I had lost over 10 stone and now at 55 years old, I am the fittest I have ever been. You might be in this position of wanting to lose weight or improve your strength and fitness. You might think CrossFit isn’t for you. You

This is a great box to come and work out at. The coaches really know their stuff and the small classes mean you get a focused workout with guidance and help as and when you need it.
The facilities are great quality with a newly installed snack and coffee bar. What really makes this place is the people, everyone is welcome.

This is my Happy Place!
My husband and I joined two years ago, as I wanted to get fitter, but nervous about joining a gym on my own.
We settled on CrossFit, as it offers both weights, cardio and gymnastics. Which seemed a little of everything which suited us both.
From the initial phone call, all the coaches are really friendly, and put you at ease straight away. Not forgetting Buddy (the boxer dog), who is always up for some fuss, of a game of tug of war!.
The classes are well orchestrated by the coaches, ensuring all ability's get the best out of themselves. As well of having lots of fun

As former collegiate athlete from the US, I was extremely hesitant to join a CrossFit gym. I only chose RS3 because it was conveniently located near my house! I was very much against CrossFit, so bad that they had to create a new type of membership for myself! With that said - I thoroughly enjoyed this place! The three founders are absolutely amazing people. They were never pushy, but encouraged me to attend a class. I loved it - it was a different type of fitness. It was a complete body shock. Although my membership was short due to relocating, I found the facilities to be great, resources endless

This place is AWESOME
Been going regularly since late last year, my strength, mobility and fitness has improved so much and continues to do so - the programming is just fantastic.
The coaches are incredible, they always make time to answer your questions, offer guidance and more importantly ensure you’re doing everything safely and right!
The box is also brilliant, equipment is top notch and they are adding to it all the time. The coffee and chill area is great, so much so that it encourages getting there early or staying after a session to just hang with the members and coaches, and if you
