Our dedicated conference suites provide a flexible space, which can be tailored specifically to your events requirements by our events team. Our suites are fitted with LCD projectors, screens and integrated sound systems, ready to connect your own equipment or ours.

Whether your interest is hair and beauty, cookery, IT or butchery, we can offer you the bespoke package to suit your needs.
Our Communication Suite has twenty Dell desktop PCs running Windows 7 and ten Apple iMacs running macOS. The installed projection equipment allows you to deliver with impact. Whatever the programme or duration of your stay, we have the solution for you. All workstations have current business software packages installed, including the Microsoft Office 2010 packages and have full web access.
The Cookery Studio is a high-tech, modern teaching and demonstration space. The studio has 8 individual workstations, but could be used for up to 14 students and has one tutor workstation. A ceiling mounted LCD projector and motorised projection screen is provided for multimedia demonstrations.
Each workstation is fully equipped and includes a mixer, Neff oven and ceramic hob, apron, food scales, preparation boards, knives and utensils, cookie cutters, piping kit, icing decorating kit and cake turntables.Our product development kitchen is fitted with all of the modern equipment you will find in a professional trade kitchen.
