Services
Osteopathy uses 'hands-on' techniques to influence the way the body works. By manipulating the muscles, tendons, joints, connective tissue and ligaments, treatment can provide relief to the musculoskeletal system, the nervous system, and also the circulatory, respiratory and immune systems of the body.
Cranial Osteopathy for babies & children is a gentle and non-invasive technique whereby the practitioner aids the body's natural self correcting mechanism to relieve trauma that may have occurred during birth. The movement of the baby through the cervix in labour obliges the head to move in several specific directions whilst undergoing the powerful pressure of the contractions, this naturally causes some overlapping of the skull and compression.
During pregnancy enormous physical, chemical and emotional changes take place over a relatively short period of time. The body has to get used to carrying up to 20lb/10kg of baby, waters and placenta, which can impose great physical strain on the organs, tissues, joints and ligaments of the body. In order for the pregnant body to adapt to all these changes it has to find new ways to walk, sit and sleep resulting with new aches and pains arising.
Whether you are an enthusiastic amateur, an elite professional, a gym junkie or simply like to keep fit, sports injuries do occur. Many sport injuries are the result of overuse through playing too hard and too often, but occasionally incorrect equipment is the problem like ill-fitting footwear which can cause hip, knee and foot injury.
If you suffer from back pain, you are not alone, back pain is extremely widespread affecting about 80% of the UK's population at some point in their lives, and it is one of the most common reasons people consult osteopaths. In most cases back pain is caused by a minor injury or a strain, rather than anything more serious, and can be referred to as 'simple back pain'.

Pascaline has been a massive support for me when I had back pain. She was always able to fix me, give advice and be very empathetic towards my anxieties. She always left me feeling better and functioning again. It’s so disabling not to have a good practitioner in your life, she really brought me confidence and control on my healing journey, and I felt I could once again live a life with quality again. Thankyou Pascaline Kayla
