I purchased a minibus from Carnegie Cars about 7 months ago. Since I hadn't had a vehicle of my own before I had to contact the dealer several times for either advice and/or some sort of assistance and I must say that the help and customer service provided was second to none. I can confirm that Jeff, David and the rest of the team went the extra mile with their support on more than one occasion. Definitely recommend this dealer!! If I had more time to describe our experience with that garage I would. In short version you sold us a car that was suppose to be in pristine condition. Problems started right away and I hope my husband can write in detail what had to be done to that car over past 2 years because there was so many issues. I do not recommend making business with that man. The owner lied and lied about the car just to get rid of it. You sold that car to a young father of two who struggeled with finances at that time and you knew that. You have no honor and morales, just another thief. I hope it will all come back

They were excellent! They answered all of our very basic questions without making us feel silly for asking. They gave us helpful information without being at all pushy or forceful. It really felt like we could take our time and make an informed decision, but equally they were there if we needed help or advice. If you're looking for a genuine and reliable used car dealership I would highly recommend Carnegie. They were friendly and made buying a new (used) car feel easy. Also, I think we got a great deal!
