Couldn’t have went to a better garage! After trying to buy an Audi form Arnold Clark and having a horrible time I found one advertised at RDB so traveled up to see it. Robin was fantastic, pointed out everything that he was going to fix and was honest and friendly! Kept me up to date with the whole process and fixed everything said he would along with a full MOT, tax and valet! Fantastic garage! Highly recommend!

Went into RDB on a Saturday afternoon to look at a Mini Cooper s I seen online, spoke to Dennis and explained I needed it for going back to work the following Friday. Car still had to be prepped but said it shouldn’t be a problem and would be in touch on the Tuesday to let me know how things were going and true to his word Dennis called on Tuesday to update me. Car was delivered to my house on the Thursday evening as arranged and it came serviced, mot’d and with 6 months warranty included. Anything needing done was done with no hassle at all.. car was also fully valeted and polished, car looked

Found the exact car I was looking for and after reading all the online reviews…. Which were excellent, I decided to give them a visit.
Outstanding customer service, with no usual ‘hard sale’ chat. Without even noticing I was told immediately that they were fixing some slight scratches on alloys and the front Splitter (which they actually replaced with a new one for no extra cost).
Honest, family run business who cleaned the car ready for collection , to the highest standard I have experienced in used cars…. It looked brand new.
