Sara Caselton-Bone of Bay Wellbeing - Solutions Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Mindset Coach. Throughout my career, my primary motivation has been to help people to realise their potential - both by working with people 1-1 and by managing larger scale projects. Having studied health and welfare as part of my degree, I have always been passionate about wellbeing and, over the years, I have used a variety of techniques to support people.
I chose this type of therapy as I had been recommended by a friend who said it had helped her alot and I had never taken this route before. Sara has helped me more than I could have ever imagined! I feel so much more confident in myself and my decisions and it feels like a weight has been lifted! She makes you feel very comfortable and I always feel alot better after speaking to her.

Hypnotherapy helps with deep relaxation and to clear your mind. It also helps you to manage your stress more effectively so that you can get a good night's sleep.
