To be honest we went to look at a car & visited LG Motors by mistake. As it turned out it was the best thing we could have done. We found the car we wanted & once we made up our mind Chris went out of his way to help us through the buying process. We collected the car today. On arrival we were cheerfully greeted & the paperwork was sorted INC' taxing the vehicle & registering change of owners with DVLA. All done in about 15 minutes. To our surprise while we waited the car was being washed for us before we drove away. A real pleasure to find this 'old fashioned ' customer service.

Partners car battery died whilst in supermarket opposite so he ran over to ask for assistance in jump starting the car.
They sent a very helpful, friendly man over with a jump box kit who promptly got the car started for us. No charge & super friendly guys! Thanks for the good deed, we are very grateful!

Purchased a car today from LG Motor Services. I was very impressed, the process was excellent from start to finish. They could not have done more to help me. I travelled a long way to collect the car, it did not disappoint and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy before I drove the car back north to Yorkshire. I would highly recommend their services, whether this be purchasing a car or having it serviced and checked over by them.

Recently bought a second hand car from L G Motors. The help and service I received from these gentlemen was fantastic. They also helped with a car transfer with my son and they went out of their way to do everything they could to help us both.
