Excellent customer service by Adam. I had reserved a car in November but couldn't go to collect it till Jan. Adam made sure the car was kept in good condition till I went to collect it. When I went for a test drive on returning back I found out that the battery was flat( presuming due to not using the car for a long time). Adam made sure the battery was changed but Wright Motors technician while we completed the documentation. I am very pleased with the service and the car. will definitely be buying with them in the future. Thank you again Adam.

Adam helped us with the purchase of a first car for our son, a VW Polo. From the outset Adam was extremely helpful and professional, with no sales pressure and without the nonsense that is so common at some other garages. Between agreeing the purchase and collecting the car Adam's communications were first class and the few items we had noticed about the car on the test drive were all rectified to a very high standard. We purchased a new car from Wright's Motors. Paid a deposit to reserve, had to wait 3/4 weeks until my car was ready because they were so busy, that tells you something in itself. Car mot’d (sadly a fail, but I expected both the issues to come up sooner or later)... car dropped off at 1pm.. failed by 3pm, work quoted, options discussed and then fixed and re… tested all by 5:30pm!! if your In Downham or the surrounding area can’t recommend these guys enough!! Also to the mechanic who restored my headlight lenses, you’re a miracle worker!! Rubbish picture but the difference is amazing!!

Bought a Volvo V40 Cross Country D4 Lux Nav 3 Months ago at a very reasonable price, and was well worth it. No problems whatsoever. They were professional and talked me through every little detail.
