We are ideally located with in a nice, quiet street and only a two minute stroll from the centre of Keswick. All apartments have views and a SMART TV for you to cosy up together and binge those box sets/series, if the weather becomes less than inviting. From the M6 take Junction 40 and follow signs for Keswick and the A66. Continue on the A66 for about 15 miles, and then take the sign for Keswick on your left. Follow this road down the hill until you come to a T - Junction and you are facing a large Keswick flower bed. Turn right down the hill here.

This house is no longer a B&B but they have wonderful, spotlessly clean apartments with amazing views of Skiddaw. The lounge, kitchen and bedroom are all of a good size for 2 adults, the location is so convenient for the two (a 2 minute walk), parking wasn't an issue on any day, the hosts were lovely and super easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. We left today and really didn't want to! Would stay here again without hesitation - will be our base for future visits to Keswick. A really fabulous place to stay!

Stayed here for 2 nights in the attic room with my partner and it was absolutely amazing, nice, clean and well decorated to a high standard. Stunning views and in a great location to everything you need. Christine and liz were fantastic hosts- highly attentive and very friendly. Genuinely lovely people. Great breakfasts. Faultless place to be honest. We will definitley be visiting again, if we could give more stars we would.

Excellent staff, great location and a good breakfast. The two women who run this bed and breakfast are incredibly friendly and provide great customer service.
The B&B is located five minutes walk from Keswick town centre, making it a great place if you want to visit the town's various attractions or if you're using Keswick as a base for your various adventures.
The rooms are very clean and well laid out. Free tea and coffee is provided, along with towels and a private bathroom with soap and shower gel. The breakfast is filling and tastes great, although depending on how busy it is there might
