Fantastic customer service!!
Unfortunately never got to stay at Burns Coastal retreat due to deciding not to travel because of covid. However luxury lodges were fantastic to deal with throughout from booking to cancelling with no quibble or questions asked.
Will definitely rebook once we are happy to travel

We absolutely loved our stay in caldew cottage in whitbarrow village. Everything you need is available to you, very cosy warm cottages for this time of year. We loved the hot tub although it had a fault with… the control panel which i suppose these things happen from time to time and cannot be helped. It didn’t ruin our stay we loved it so much we have booked our next holiday already in the Burn site. I am so excited to go again 😁. The restaurant onsite’s menu was limited but the food is cooked perfectly I couldn’t fault it, no need for a massive menu when the food

Arrived at Clowance today, after looking forward to a much awaited holiday in Cornwall. We have been to Clowance previously and whilst, at that time, the accommodation was let’s say tired, this time I can honestly say I wouldn’t allow a dog to live in the smelly, damp, down at heel, totally unacceptable and disgusting accommodation we were given.… The pictures of luxury posted on their social media, is very far from the reality of what faced us after a five hour drive to get there. It was so revolting that we are currently on our way home, because we felt unable to stay. Management

We stayed at Clowance Estate 18th-25th August 2018 in Clowance 1 & it was beautiful. This was our 2nd visit & we have had a great time on both occasions. The children loved relaxing in the hot tub & it was… great for star gazing at night too! We hired the boats, had a game of frisbee golf - great fun (see pictures) used the pool & the gym, joined in the quiz night & watched the great entertainment. We also visited the beaches which were easily reachable by car within 15-20 minutes. Fabulous relaxing holiday 😊

Absolutely great environment for the family. Staff here are top-notch and they are very quick to resolve any issues. A lot of sporting activities to do than I thought, immaculate golf course and lovely views. …
Beach not far away and Flambard just 15 minutes drive away. Tesco ectra is down the street if you need quick shopping, so you wouldn't have to travel with milk, beverage or drinks. Apartment very tidy and the Resort is nothing short of luxury.

We just stayed at Clowance Estate in Cornwall and had the Bestgate Accommodation - oh my goodness, what an absolutely fabulous holiday we’ve had! The house was stunning, the land amazing and staff beyond pleasant! Location wise was great we ventured out and about every day. Would recommend (and already have) this site to anyone that wants to head to Cornwall. Would give 100 stars if possible
