Annstead is a family-run 600-acre working arable and livestock farm situated just yards from miles and miles of undiscovered, unspoiled sandy beaches on the spectacular Northumberland Coast, between the seaside villages of Beadnell and Seahouses. Annstead offers a variety of high quality holiday cottages and The Walled Garden, an 8 pitch adults only caravan site.

Craig & I have lived and worked Annstead Farm since 1995. Since then we have had two children, Tom & Beth, who now also help with running the family business. The farm is approximately 600 acres in size. Virtually half grass and half arable land. We have a commercial herd of breeding and beef cattle; between 650-700 breeding ewes; a small, very hungry herd of Belted Galloway Cattle, and at the time of writing this, one hen!
The cottage has a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartments and washer/drier. A Flatscreen TV, DVD player and radio are available in the lounge. The property is heated by our whole farm biomass heating system which provides ample heat and hot water to the property.
Short Breaks are available (November - Easter excluding holiday weeks) or if there is any availability last minute - see below for rates. We offer last minute discounted rates for couples taking larger cottages, if all smaller properties are fully booked when booking. Tariff - includes all heating, electric, bed linen, towels, bath mats, t-towels and oven gloves.
