The Loft Coffee Bar & Restaurant

A really busy cafe restaurant... food is excellent, really top quality scones, hot food and desserts. However the size of their mugs are what I would call very small and their lattes can be very frothy! Always very busy (expect queues) and prices are expensive overall...that has put me off going as regularly as I used to

I find the food here excellent in general. Not fancy,but hearty and filling. Don't go if you're not hungry.
Staff don't have much respect for covid however. Really i should have left yesterday, but i proceded with my order. I asked the girl serving me to put on a mask, she told me she was exempt. There were at least three other staff members (coming in and out of the kitchen, serving food and clearing tables) not wearing masks (are they all exempt?) . At least two others wearing masks below their noses. For this reason i wouldn't return until covid is over.

We loved it, stopped for breakfast and found a goldmine. It was clean and well spaced out. Had a vegan full English breakfast with potato bread & soda bread.
Lovely pot of tea. Very reasonable prices.
Had a lift if you cant climb 2 flights of stairs.
I had to walk past the array of cakes and sweet pastries as there was so many nice things to choose from. There was an ice cream bar to.
The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Really good food,friendly staff very busy but try to get through queue quickly.

We traveled from magherafelt because we had heard great things about the loft we didn't leave disappointed, the food and service was fantastic. There is so much to choose from great wholesome food. Best carrot cake I've ever had. Will most definitely be back.

10/10 food, first time here last week, big portions reasonably priced and a good busy vibe!

Love the grub here. Bacon and lentil soup a winner every time. My kids make a pilgrimage here every few months. Where do they get that great white bread from? So soft! Always busy

Very busy, queue was halfway down the stairs. A very well organised cafe with appealing meals and snack. We had chicken pie and soup sandwich combo, both delicious. Social distancing screens everywhere. A very happy customer.

Only nipped in for tea and cake, fabulous lemon meringue pie and delicious pear almond tart- forgot to take pic, too busy eating!! Lovely place, very busy but we got seen in good time. Always like coming here

We went here as part of the spa package with Le Jardin in Linen Green. Such a tasty lunch and the dessert...WOW! We had pavlova and it was just divine 😍
