I felt I had to write to you to congratulate you on the swift sale of my house. I had previously tried other estate agents and over a period of 10 months none of them were able to help me, indeed they made promises but nothing came of them. When I placed the property with you I can honestly say that my faith in estate agents was at an all time low.
From the first meeting with Nicki we found her to be very helpful and honest. One advantage we found in dealing with Nicki and not a larger estate agents is that we are not just a number. Every time we ring the office whoever is on he end of the line knows us by name and the address of the property we are selling and also intend to purchase.

After experiencing a frustrating two years of ineffective and half hearted attempts by other Agents to sell my property, I finally had the good fortune of putting my property in the capable hands of Nicki and her Staff at Swift Move Llanelli. Right from the start Nicki took charge and got things rolling by producing an excellent brochure, personally attending all viewings, answering all queries as they arose and kept me in the loop at all times. I rent with swift moves and I can't recommend them highly enough. Great standard of properties and any issues are dealt with promptly. Nicky and Mike have been extremely helpful.
