I have only telephoned once but the lady on the phone was very kind, understanding and took time to explain a process to me despite not even being a customer. Their approach is clearly working, I don't think they even have any houses available as they have sold every one! I will be keeping an eye on this lovely, local family business and will hopefully be a customer in the not too distant future.

The only reason they get a 1-Star is because the house was nice.
First off, agent was late but didn't contact me to say this, I had to call and then was told they'd be late. Okay, I'll get over that.
Then when he gets to the house and shows me in (yes he did apologise initially) there was about 5 minutes of brief comments before his interest in me, the house or the viewing dwindled. I saw myself out to the garden where I was for about 5 minutes, he was the whole time leant up against the utility room surface scrolling through his phone. I walked in and made a comment, he replied without even
