More Park Catholic Primary School
At More Park we believe it is important to delve into the past to inspire the future. Through their historical learning, children will learn the skills needed to critique and form personal opinions based on fact. Children are given the opportunity to revisit past learning and build on this understanding, whilst immersed in engaging experiences, which encourages the development of key vocabulary.

By the time they leave school, children will understand periods of both British history and the broader world. By linking their historical learning with the religious ethos of the school, children find their place within the world's history, learning lessons from those before us. History is treated as a stand alone subject, encouraging the children to identify and enhance their development of historical skills.

As a one form entry school, that encourages resilient, confident pupils you will have the opportunity to be a subject leader and help mould the direction of More Park School. Set in a semi-rural village location you will be able to utilise our surroundings, including our unique Forest School environment, to inspire through outdoor learning.
Inspired by the Gospel values of love, joy and compassion, we nurture and develop the whole child so that each unique individual grows in confidence and has the knowledge and skills to enable them to achieve their true potential. All children will have access to a rich, ambitious curriculum which fosters curiosity, creativity and a love of life-long learning.
At More Park our Art intent is to engage, inspire and challenge each student with the help of God. We value Art as part of a broad and balanced curriculum. Building on key artistic skills, such as drawing, painting and other craft mediums ensures children will create, evaluate, invent and experiment with their own works of art.
