Cottonwood boutique HOTEL WAS NOT how is is described on website . Needs a good decoration. We had hot water coming from cold tap .Lamps were not working in room .Bed was never made in our 3 nights stay .Clean towel was just put on top of unmade bed..Told to wait to be seated for breakfast which we did only to be ignored

Carpets/Floors.... Filthy! Rooms hadn't been cleaned before we got in.... The cupboard door was hanging off. We didn't stay.
Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of it in #32 room.
Staff were confused why we wanted to check our rooms first.
We resevered rooms 32 and 29 so we could of been together. But they gave us 32 and 15 aswell.

The staff were brilliant.
Each night we had a bar meal and asked them if it was possible to make something for a young child in the family and nothing was too much trouble. They accommodated every need we had. On the last night I had left my wallet in the bar, The man running the bar went looking for me as soon as he had found it and made sure it was handed back to me quickly and safely.
Cannot fault this hotel and staff one bit.

Great value for the money, staff were pleasant especially Sandra-she was warm, smiley and trying to help with every little thing. We stayed in room 18 with an amazing sea view especially at sunset and rise.
Only things were at check in the team were doing some sort of handover and no one greeted us-maybe just to say one minute please but the rest of the stay was great
