My Integrative training had led me to draw on several therapies to best address your individual needs. Amongst other approaches, this includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and theories of Attachment and Developmental Trauma. I am an adoptive parent with a love of yoga, travel, paddleboarding and good conversation with family and friends.
