DO NOT USE. I'm a professional tenant and always pay my rent on time. They advertised a flat with water bills included, however, I was then issued a £400 water bill in my name from the water company. Every week for 3 months, I have been calling and they promise to sort it, but never do. It has now damaged my credit report and it is still in my name. No one else in the building pays water bills and there is no water meter in the flat. Countless hours on the phone between them and the water company, still no joy. My credit is ruined for a bill that they acknowledge I should not have received, but

I had a chat with Oliver earlier today as I am looking to move to Blackpool. He was very helpful and gave me a good undertsanding of the area and rough prices.
In contract I called 10 other agents who were quite rude and were in a rush to get me off the phone.
