Not impressed they had a property for sale without any offers for ages
l offered asking price then l got a call from their Liverpool office saying they had immediately had another offer on it £20,000 above asking price why would someone offer so much more over why not offer £5000 or £10000 more?
l felt this was a scam to bump up price so l withdrew offer.

Recently completed a house move where I bought and sold a property using Stephen Tew. They were such a supportive and helpful team throughout the whole process from beginning to end and what a journey it was. I feel I'm now in my forever home because of them and haven't been able to wipe the grin off my face since move-in but if I were to ever need an estate agent again I wouldn't go to anyone else. My Mum instructed Stephen Tew to sell her bungalow recently and I cannot praise them highly enough. They looked after her right from the first phonecall and talked her through the whole process from start to finish. They went above and beyond to sort out everything and were so patient, respectful and reassuring with her. Phonecalls were always retuned promptly and Sam really did go the extra mile when we encountered some unexpected issues. I fully recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

They are a Racist set of people. I put an offer on a property and were very unprofessional about it as they didn't want me getting the property despite willing to go the full asking price. Every property i enquired about thereafter they tell me its under offer so i asked a friend to call and they quickly gave him an appointment to view. So sad that in 2021 we still have a company that think every black person is a thieve and up to no good. We have now found a property and had an offer accepted.

David Rogers. I appointed Stephen Tew on Joint agent basis. They were very proactive and sent several viewers within days of marketing my property. Although the final buyer came through the other agent, I was very pleased with the general service I received. I was particularly impressed with David. He was always extremely professional, very keen to do his best for me and always charming and friendly. I would have liked follow up after my offer was agreed and my sale chased. However, this was really down to the other agent. I will indeed recommend Stephen Tew to family and friends.
